About Kad Mendoza

As a consultant, Kad consider’s himself a SERVICE provider, and good service is something that we all appreciate. Have you noticed that it has been very difficult to get good service these days? To Kad, it is very simple; Kad believes that his function as a real estate professional is to provide great service.  If you treat people fairly, do the best you can to fulfill their needs and make them happy, and you have no hidden agenda, you cannot go wrong. Kad Mendoza has a client centered work philosophy and not a transaction centered one.  Kad believes that his mission is to find the best terms, that best suits his client’s needs no matter how long it takes. Kad’s main concern is that when they make a decision it is the right decision for them, and a decision they will never regret.

Kad graduated from Lee University with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He lives in Marietta with his wife and two children. In his free time, Kad is highly active. He coaches the kids middle school wrestling program and loves the outdoor adventures with his family. Some of his hobbies include kayak fishing, mountain biking, golfing, and trail running. Kad and his family are big advocates for foster kids, having fostered two boys for almost 5 years. They are very much missed.
