Last year my husband and I made the decision of buying our first house, and as I was searching for information and options for realtors I came across Kad’s. He was the only realtor on google with 5 star rating, and now I know why! He was very honest and straightforward from the beginning, I’ve always heard stories about realtors or real state agents giving ill advice in order to push people to buy any house so they can make their percentage profit of the sale and can quickly move on to the next one without any regard as to what their clients want and need, however, we were VERY pleasantly surprised with Kad. Anything I asked (which was a lot being a first time home buyer) he always answered within minutes with pros and cons and he will always leave the last saying of anything to me, he just basically gave us the tools and information we needed to make our own decisions. At times, as he was showing us different houses I asked him for his point of view and he was always sincere and would always clarify that he was giving me his personal point of view but I had the last word and we certainly appreciate that. His ethic always made us feel free but supported at the same time and not at all controlled and pushed to make any decision. We genuinely believe the reason Kad’s business is so successful is for being HONEST above all and because he wants you to find something that will make YOU happy. We will always be grateful to Kad’s help for such a positive experience buying our first home!
